Message	you are too embarassed to admit to ANYONE, how much it is all costing you. Rule 12(b) is a Federal Rule of Civil Procedure that I refer to as the "so what?!?" defense. Even if every complaint a plaintiff claims is true, they still aren't entitled to a dime.
